(1) How to create an account of TTMP?
Please kindly contact with the Key Users of your region.
(2) How to Activate or Disactivate the account?
Only Privilege User have the Access of User Management.
Activate: WEB page: System Configuration > User Management > Find the account > Update > Activate

Deactivate: WEB page: System Configuration > User Management > Find the account > 3 points > Deactivate account

(3) Why my account is inactivated?
There are 2 possibilities:
- Privilege User disactivated your account manually
- Automatic Rules: If a user not login TTMP over 90 days, the user status will change to "Inactive" and the user won't be able to login.
(4) How to reset an account's password?
Only Privilege User have the Access of User Management.

(5) Why I cannot login with the correct Account and Password?
Please kindly check the environment of your APP. It need to be the same with where your account created on.
(6) If one user want to get the same Customer and Service Entity access with another one, how to do that?
Only Privilege User have the Access of User Management.
WEB page: System Configuration > User Management > Find the account > Update > Service Center > Copy information > select target user(Attention, user cannot copy a high account type's access. EX: Standard user cannot copy privilege user's access.) > Copy > Submit.

(7) User cannot receive email from TTMP or TTMP reminder the email or account incorrect.
Only Privilege User have the Access of User Management.
WEB page: System Configuration > User Management > check user's information
Especially the Account and E-mail content, for example: space, majuscule/minuscule (uppercase/lowercase),special characters and so on.
If it's account error, please report the ticket to TTMP Support;
If it's the email error, privilege user can modify it directly.
(8) Why Privilege User cannot see other account?
Please check the following 2 points:
- This Privilege User's access is larger or equal to that one which Privilege User want to check
- This Privilege User has the ownership of the service center which that one has.
(9) How to check whether Privilege User has the ownership of that service center?
WEB Page: System Configuration > User Management > Choose Privilege User's account >Tap [Update] > Service Center > Bind Service Center > Choose one Service Center > check the locker in right.
If it's locked (in blue), you have the ownership;
If it's unlock(in gray), you don't have the ownership. If you need it, please click it to change it to locked status.
